Every Epifania piece is handmade at our studio in Latvia. Each item is prepared with love and care and we hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!
Our items are made-to-order, the process of it usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks, althought it can be sooner if you need something in a hurry. The goods will be shipped out from our studio no later than 10 working days after ordering.
Standart shipping time:
5 – 15 business days within Europe
10 – 25 business days to the US and Canada
15 – 30 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and other parts of the world.
Yes, we allow returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, we just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

P.S Most of our products already have a suggestion in their description weather if there is a need to choose to size up or down.
If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet and is still processing, send us a message and we’ll make sure to ship it to the correct address. Please let as know as soon as possible if this happens.
Please send us a message! We love working with bloggers and influencers, but as we are a small brand, we only do a limited amount of collaborations, usually just a couple every year. We are looking for bloggers and influencers with values and aesthetic that resonates with our brand.
We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing. Epifania offers custom sizing for most of our items. Just send us an email with your measurements in cm and we will write back as soon as possible.
